As little as 15 minutes a day!

Back pain, including some episodes that are severe and at least partially debilitating, is extremely common. Up to 80% of the population will experience back pain it at some point in their life.

A new study shows that you may be able to keep back pain away in as little as 15 minutes a day with exercises that encourage balance and lower back muscle control. You do not have to become a gym rat or a cardio monster to take care of your back.
